German Sports Tower 2 updates

I called Pyamod or SKE Holdings (using 00971 434 17 885 that NWA provided me) and spoke with ‘Lily’ over the phone. They answered the phone by saying ‘Hello Pyamod’ so I asked about SKE Holdings and she said that this is just like a sister company – so Pyamod still exists. I think because Paxino left the company, they decided to change the name to SKE Holdings; this doesn’t make too much sense but thought I’d mention this.
About German Sports Tower 2, she said that the project is on hold and that they are trying for the work permits. The land is only 15-20% paid – the rest of the money they got from the investors is used for taxes and to pay fees for the land department and similar. I asked where the remaining of the money is and if Pyamod still has a hold of everyone’s money – she started with a laugh and didn’t have a good answer for my question.
She also kept mentioning that she just got back from vacation and that she needs to get updated on the status. She took down certain information from me and said she’ll either call or e-mail within a few days with more details. Once I hear back, I’ll let you all know. If anyone has called them, please reply what’s been told to you in the comments below, thanks!

Christian, please see my latest response. GST2 is still in design phase and they do not know how long that will to complete.

I’m not sure. How do you think we should respond to their e-mail? If you think all of us can get together to fight and get our money back, I can start collecting everyone’s email and form a group. Do let me know your opinion.

SKE Holding is a sister company of Pyamod – so yes, Pyamod still exists. As for German Sports Tower 2, they said that they are still getting paperwork for permits and such – I think they are just buying time. It doesn’t seem like all the money went towards the purchase of the land and I don’t know where the rest of the money is. I’m unsure if Al Maktoum is the owner.
I think they are buying time to, can anybody try to find out more about skeholding.com? Visit they office in Dubai and talk to them about German sports tower 2? I think they a playing a game and will do that as long as they can.

Do anyone knows Skeholding registered by RERA?.or made up sister company.Why dont they send every investor letter saying that they are taken over by Ske holding.It is said that the police is very fast in Dubai.So come on Dubai investor take action.As I am foreign based It is difficult for me to do so.
Hello, we have also invested in GSTII. We went to Dubai last february and visited the office of Pyamod. They said it has been bought by the Makhtoom family and are trying to sort out everything.We were promised to transrfer our money to the Design Tower and till date we have not heard anything from Pyamod. I think they are just buying time and messing around with peoples’ liveleyhood. We need to get together and take legal actions against them ASAP.

We also live in England and it is quite hard to do something from here but if all of get together may be we could come up with a solution. I urge for all the investors to come forward so something could be done.

I have the same problem of yours. I live in Kish island of Iran, just 30 minutes from Dubai. But what can I do. I have gone many times to Dubai. They offered me to trnasfer the investment to design tower. But since I didnt beleive them,I decided to wait and insist on refunding my money. Do u have any news??? Anything about the complain??
i just told a friend of mine who is a real estate agent to go figure out what the situation is on behalf of gst 2 since i have money invested in it.
is there anybody who can tell me more since i am planning a trip over there.

i was given the number for a mister sulaman but he hasnt answered me yet.
i am afraid that we all got ripped and they can keep doing that to others.
a friend suggested me to visit him over there and to go see a lawyer who might help us.
only thing is that i am not going to pay him all by myself!!

Hey everyone; I had studied all of your comments. I had such problems and headaches. I gone to the court and follow my matter since 2008 till now. but they didnt return back my money and i paid big amount also to the lawyers. my friend told me about company that swapping and he did that so
i gone to the company and they said they will swap it to ready one. now I had swapped my units to ready projects. let me know if anyone want to solve his/her problems. they offered me very good offer and i accept it because i tried all other ways but no benefits.
